Our Fees

  • Bookkeeping includes routine transaction categorization, monthly bank and credit card reconciliation, state tax payments, and optional services such as paying bills or invoicing.

    We can provide this service in any state and for multi-state companies.

    We recommend contacting Barrett CPAs if your organization requires Job Costing as we do not provide this service.

  • *We only provide payroll services to clients that also have us take care of their bookkeeping. For stand alone payroll services, we recommend Payroll NW.

    Payroll includes preparing and submitting payroll according to your pay schedule as well as filing payroll taxes and submitting payment on your behalf. Annual W2's delivered electronically.

    We can provide this service in any state and for multi-state companies.

  • Most 1099's and W2's are electronically delivered, however there is a small fee of $15.00 per document if paper copies need to be mailed.

    If you require a new accounting system, there is a one-time initial set-up fee of $499.00.
