This is the perfect service option for small businesses that just need a little assistance with HR projects (such as handbook creation or personnel file audits) or some guidance on HR from time to time.
A minimum fee of $175.00 per month is billed for this service.

Dedicated HR for your small and growing business. This proactive service handles all aspects of HR just as if you were a large company with onsite HR. We audit records and update accordingly (including policies and handbooks), we do benchmarking, onboarding, performance management, and more while being a neutral communication source for staff and key decision makers.
Initial Set-Up fee equal to first month's service fee.
Minimum of 5 employees.

Development of job posting, screening candidates, and performing initial interview of candidates.
Additional fees may include reimbursement for job posting fees, background checks, and other fees incurred on the client's behalf.
